Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM MST on a Friday, or on weekends and holidays, will begin processing on the next available business day.

• Standard Shipping — 5-7 business days. Available on all orders.
• Priority Shipping — 2-3 business days. Available at checkout.
• Free Standard Shipping — on all orders over $75.

Every Nurtured Soul order is packed with care to protect the integrity of the formulas. Because our formulas use essential oils in place of parabens, they have a 2-year shelf life from manufacturing — which means every order that leaves our hands is always fresh.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. If you haven't received a tracking email within 4 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder first, then reach out.
