We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or change product descriptions at any time. Product images are representative — exact packaging may vary slightly as we transition to new Nurtured Soul branded bottles.

Nurtured Soul products are cosmetic skincare products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any skin condition or disease. If you have a specific skin condition or concern, consult a licensed healthcare professional in addition to using our products.

All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, and other payment methods available at checkout. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the billing information is accurate.

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that your order was received — not that it has shipped. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is canceled, you will not be charged or will receive a full refund.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting Cindy directly. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled — but you are always covered by our 100% money-back guarantee.
